My husband and l had been thinking for quite a while about selling our family home of over 25 years when we asked Bell to give us a valuation. Glen/Sharyn spent quite a bit of time with us as we found ourselves to be quite emotional thinking about maybe leaving our home that we love. We were offered suggestions re improvements that could be made and the professionalism, empathy, and insight into the local market helped set us in motion. Six weeks later we called Bell back and put our home on the market. My husband was away during this time and Sharyn and Glenn could not have been more helpful. From offering to bring up wood for the fires, to blowing away leaves, to spending time to debrief after each viewing etc. To cut a long story short, we had one open for inspection and our home sold in 5 days with a very good price.
