This lead quickly and easily to getting the house onto the market in the best possible condition and I got a far more for the property than I had expected with Glenn's negotiating skills being excellent. Upon receiving a flyer in our mail box, we gave Bell Real Estate a courtesy call, Glenn Chandler made an appointment to meet with us a few evenings later, Glenn explained to us, step by step the procedure involved in selling our house. Glenn's attitude and Real Estate knowledge was above what we expected, we found Glenn to be helpful in all aspects, he answered all our questions truthfully. Glenn told us what he expected our house to be worth market vale, within 2 days after our open inspection we received offers. Within a week we sold our house. My husband and l had been thinking for quite a while about selling our family home of over 25 years when we asked Bell to give us a valuation. Glen/Sharyn spent quite a bit of time with us as we found ourselves to be quite emotional thinking about maybe leaving our home that we love. We were offered suggestions re improvements that could be made and the professionalism, empathy, and insight into the local market helped set us in motion. Six weeks later we called Bell back and put our home on the market. My husband was away during this time and Sharyn and Glenn could not have been more helpful. From offering to bring up wood for the fires, to blowing away leaves, to spending time to debrief after each viewing etc. To cut a long story short, we had one open for inspection and our home sold in 5 days with a very good price.
