I had been looking for property that had to meet a number of specific requirements in a market that was boiling hot. Sharyn listened to my needs and when a suitable property presented itself she knew this would be perfect for me. Sharyn kept me in the loop before it was on the market and made sure I was first in to see it. As a real estate agent she is working for the vendor. However to do her best for the vendor she must also work with the buyer and as a buyer I could not fault the effort she put in. I would not hesitate to recommend Sharyn for any real estate needs.

Having dealt with numerous agents it was good to meet an honest and strait forward agent who calls a "spade" a "spade" . He knew the area very well and did not push us to buy. A professional who also had a good personality made it so much better. Would recommend him any time.
