Sharon made me feel comfortable and relaxed from our first engagement. She gave sufficient information, but time and space to enjoy and inspect the property. She made suggestions, but did not direct or overpower the conversation. She was always friendly, compassionate, quick to respond and always available when I had questions. She is responsive and accessible and I felt comfortable reaching out to her when I was not sure. It is our first property purchase in Australia and she was patient in explaining the requirements and processes. She was a great mediator between us and the owners, and she managed to get us quick turn-around times, when we wanted to inspect the property a second time. I would high recommend her, she made the process easy and understandable and she is a delight to work with.
