When I first contacted her for a valuation on the property, I was surprised with the high value quoted and thought it might be real estate speak to lure me in. But that certainly wasn't the case as Sharon achieved a sale in the price range she had quoted me and in very quick time too! She has a large database of buyers looking for property in the area and one of these buyers were the ones who ended buying the property meaning it didn't even make to the internet (and saving me a little bit of money also in listing fees!).
