As a family with young children the property purchase process can be a nightmare in itself. It helps if the real estate agent understands and accommodates you. This was Glen from the start, he was friendly and approachable and willing to find out the answers to any of our questions no matter how small or fickle. Although he was not the original listing agent, he still guided us through the purchase process personally and professionally with a smile right until settlement- even on his days off he was working to get us what we needed and kept both us and the vendor up to date and in-check. I would highly recommend Glen as your real estate agent should you be looking to purchase or sell property in the Blue Mountains.

As a current valuer and past agent of over 35 years experience and heavily involved in real estate licensing education, I guess you could say I was a power user and very aware of the agents role in selling a property. I have to say that Tennille approached the proposed sale with empathy, confidence and the right strategic advice. She is a member of a team that has some 70% of the market I am informed and this speaks volumes of the fact that they are consistently doing the right thing by vendors. For us, she formulated a 'softly, softly' approach necessary for inspections as the property was occupied by an aged person. Buyers established on the agency books were invited to a special pre-market VIP preview and a total of 28 parties were introduced to the property. Of these, a number were interested and she was able to extract the highest bids from interested players during the course of a Saturday afternoon and evening, and by 7:30 that evening we had an attractive sale, with a minimum of fuss. That she acted sublimely for us is a given, but also she showed top-flight professional expertise and skill in getting the buyers to perform without 'blowing' them out. Could not recommend Tennille and her team highly enough.

I have never sold a house before. I got appraisals from 4 agents. Milton's estimate was clearly higher than the other 3. I doubted that he could possibly get such a good price, but I decided to give it a go. I was a complete beginner, but Tenille and Milton were a great help in reassuring me and guiding me through the process. Their concierge service was very helpful with how to present and style the house. We got 20 people to the first open for inspection day.
