As a current valuer and past agent of over 35 years experience and heavily involved in real estate licensing education, I guess you could say I was a power user and very aware of the agents role in selling a property. I have to say that Tennille approached the proposed sale with empathy, confidence and the right strategic advice. She is a member of a team that has some 70% of the market I am informed and this speaks volumes of the fact that they are consistently doing the right thing by vendors. For us, she formulated a 'softly, softly' approach necessary for inspections as the property was occupied by an aged person. Buyers established on the agency books were invited to a special pre-market VIP preview and a total of 28 parties were introduced to the property. Of these, a number were interested and she was able to extract the highest bids from interested players during the course of a Saturday afternoon and evening, and by 7:30 that evening we had an attractive sale, with a minimum of fuss. That she acted sublimely for us is a given, but also she showed top-flight professional expertise and skill in getting the buyers to perform without 'blowing' them out.
