Glen, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for assisting us for the sale of Kerry’s beautiful Hazelbrook property, you have been incredibly patient with us.  I’m sure Kerry is smiling on us from heaven above. Lessons learned: 1. The Chapman Group was a good reason to list with you, many hands make light work. 2. Chapman Glenbrook was our choice by sheer chance, Glen took the call and we never looked back 3. Chapman’s Concierge Service was invaluable in preparing the home for sale as Probate was quite stressful, you were able to take away a lot of stress. 4. You listened to us and keep us in the loop from Day 1 post first introduction. I’m pleased we waited to list the property until after probate was granted, because it made the selling process so much more efficient for all parties involved. 5. 4 days and before the property was listed on the open market. We had four very interested cash buyers (Glen, you mentioned this was a rarity). I think it was all in the preparation. 6. Lisa from Stylehus for staging, a rare gem. The presentation was to die for. 7. Garden prep and house advice, very much appreciated, we took six months in preparation, the forward planning was helpful for our grieving due to our loss of Kerry. 8. You never rushed us and allowed us to move at our pace, always keeping those unpressured lines of communication open. 9. Because there were so many people involved, (executor and beneficiaries) we set up a group WhatsApp chat, everyone was across the communication in unison and everyone was allowed a say. 10. Someday I will choose to buy myself in the Blue Mountains.  I will be calling Glen because I think you truely care for both buyers and sellers.
