Sharon took the time to sit down and talk to me about my house, and had a good look through it before providing her appraisal. She was honest about small things that I could do to improve the "saleability". I could contact Sharon any time, before and after the sale. She returned every call, and kept me informed every step of the way. Sharon has been a pleasure to work with throughout the sale of my property in Lapstone. She has been great with explaining the whole process and keeping me up to date every step of the way. When I first contacted her for a valuation on the property, I was surprised with the high value quoted and thought it might be real estate speak to lure me in. But that certainly wasn't the case as Sharon achieved a sale in the price range she had quoted me and in very quick time too! She has a large database of buyers looking for property in the area and one of these buyers were the ones who ended buying the property meaning it didn't even make to the internet (and saving me a little bit of money also in listing fees!). I would certainly recommend her to anyone else looking to sell their property in the lower Blue Mountains and wouldn't hesitate to contact her myself if I am ever buying or selling in the area again.
