This was our first purchase and sale in 10 years and we were daunted by the task. The most reassuring sentence we heard was 'this is our bread and butter, you don't have to be worried" ! Helen met us to provide an initial appraisal and a comprehensive plan for our sale. We could see that Chapman was an award winning agency and indeed the Team was professional and worked well together. We always had someone to consult with at short notice, via a WhatsApp group. We had 3 well attended Open Houses and the feedback after each was provided very quickly. Our house was sold after 3 weeks on the market.
