We have had two sales and a property managed by Chapman Springwood. Jonathan is a friendly trusted professional across it all. His advice has been spot on and he has been attentive to every detail with a genuine kindness and understanding of people and potential stressors

Helen is an excellent communicator, who sets realistic expectations. We were kept informed an every point along the way how the campaign was progressing and the level of interest in the property. Not too much, just the right amount of contact pre campaign and excellent feedback on presentation of the property. I chose Chapman’s because of their team approach, which was clearly evident. Highly recommend Helen as your agent.

Great result on our property in Springwood. Helen was very responsive to our initial enquiries and provided good information about the local market. We are really pleased with the result.

Helen was fantastic in delivering the top end of the price range she expected we would receive. Helen was always willing to go above and beyond which was so appreciated particularly given we are over one hour away from Faulconbridge. She was always ready to step in with additional requests for help with the property or to find local services when we simply couldn't get there. Helen is very kind, attentive and has a lot of market knowledge.

Right from the outset Claudia kept us informed, with full transparency, clever marketing strategies, lots of options and a sincerity that made you feel that you had somewhere safe to land when things felt overwhelming. Claudia gave us great advice regarding suggested changes prior to our property going to market and we feel the changes made a huge difference with a great outcome at market - we sold at the first open home. Exactly what had happened when we first bought the property (through Claudia!) three years earlier. Would highly recommend.

We were extremely happy with the process and the result, and would highly recommend Helen.

Helen Harris was recommended to me by my granddaughter & her partner. As i have lived in the same house for over 60 years, I have had no experience in the property industry, and was feeling overwhelmed. However my experience was very positive . I felt safe & respected always. Helen was very knowledgeable & professional. I was given lots of information ,but never felt overwhelmed. I would certainly recommend Helen & her team to anyone needing to buy or sell property. The whole process went so well!

As iI have l lived in the same house for over 60 years, I am completely inexperienced with real estate sales. Helen was recommended to me by my granddaughter & partner. I was impressed by her knowledge and her friendly manner, as I felt overwhelmed by the task ahead of me. However Helen was so helpful at all stages & her advice was wonderful & reassuring. I felt safe & respected throughout. I could not ask for more!

We found Claudia to be extremely professional and honest. She always provided feedback immediately after each open home. The valuation she provided was extremely close to the final sale price. We would have no hesitations in recommending Claudia as it would be hard to find someone better.

Claudia was with me every step of the way. Always ready and willing to answer any of the questions I had. Settlement is in less than a week now and looking forward to moving into my new home. Claudia is friendly and outgoing and nothing seems to be too much trouble for her.
