Claudia created very positive environment and good vibes. When i arrived with the removalist after I had settled the property and we had piled my stuff at the front door I was somewhat peeved to find the front door did not have a key and was inoperable. I then had to get out a locksmith to have a deadlock attached so I could use the front door. I do not personally blame Claudia for this because it is pretty standard to have houses sold with basic defects but it is disappointing. I had building inspected but he did not pick up on the lack of access through the front door. Vendors should be made by the agent to have basic minimum standards in the presentation of their property.

Jonathan has always been happy to come again and again always armed with lots of information and knowledge as to where he felt our property sat, in regard to the market at that time.
