We were very happy with Jonathan's professional manner, he presented as a genuine person who didn't give the usual hard sell routine and try to impress us with lots of statistics and information that was unnecessary. We were also influenced to sign with Chapman real estate as they offered a VIP Open House which other agents did not have. This turned out to be very much in our favour as our house sold straight away with the minimum of advertising and stress for us.
