Hi, we could not be more pleased with Jonathan and his team at Chapmans Springwood office. Everything Jonathan said to do we did and as a result he and his team delivered a fantastic sale price in very quick time. If you are considering selling in the lower Blue Mountains look no further.

We can not be happier about the sale of our property by Jonathan and his team, Not only did he get us the best possible price for our house but it was sold in 2 days. Jonathan worked with the greatest professionalism and kept us in contact the entire time. Will recommend him to anyone selling or buying in the area.

Currently living overseas and selling a house for the first time, I really didn't know where to start. But from my first conversation with Jonothan he was honest and upfront and made each step very easy to understand and made it easy to sell my house whilst living overseas. I would have no hesitation recommending him to others.

Jonathan Crisp is excellent to deal with for both buying and selling. He's genuine and professional and really listens to your individual needs. Jonathan's communication skills are first class ensuring you are kept in the loop at all times whether you are a vendor or a buyer. His great negotiation skills gained us a price on our house beyond our expectations. He even found us a tenant for an office suite that had been vacant for over a year due to the poor service offered by a different agency. I will always consult Jonathan first when considering buying or selling in the future. I like the fact he's down-to-earth but also a shrewd operator.

Jonathon provided keen market information combined with an enthusiam for helping us sell our property quickly and at a competitive price. Having used other real estate agents before that appeared uninterested and indifferent, I would recommend Jonathon Crisp to give top quality real estate advice in a timely and friendly manner.

Jonathan has wonderful knowledge of the market. His advice to us, along with his negotiation skills, ensured all parties were happy with the sale/purchase of our home. If you are buying or selling in the Blue Mountains, we would recommend you contact Jonathan.
