Not only did we sell through Jonathan, but we also purchased our new home through Chapman and Jonathan. We took the step of selling our home before purchasing, with the clear understanding that we it may be a gamble and that we may have to rent first. Having two young children we knew this was a risk, but having an agent like Jonathan who knew our list of needs and wants, made this gamble pay off. A house became listed by Chapman and we were the first phone call he made to let us know about an amazing home that had just come on to the market. You know you're on to a good thing when your agent texts you later in the evening letting you know that he's really excited to be showing you the property! Just on the drive up to the home, I got the feeling that this was the home for us, and upon viewing it, we knew it was our forever home. The turnaround from viewing to offer accepted was 2 hours, and we cannot thank Jonathan enough for getting to know us and understand what we wanted and for getting us through this home so quickly. Prior to finding this property, Jonathan sent us out his weekly newsletter, and was very honest in his appraisals of homes as to whether he felt it would suit us or not - having this relationship made the process so much smoother and easier with kids in tow! I cannot rate our experiences through Chapman, and Jonathan in particular, highly enough.

Jonathan was exceptional - from our first meeting where he explained the sales process through Chapman, what he can do for us, how he's going to do it, and the honest feedback as to what we needed to do to our home in order to get the best offers possible - right through to the sale of our home Jonathan remained true to his word. The whole process was exceptionally smooth, and very stress free because Jonathan kept us informed at every step of the process. Being very time poor (like most people these days), Jonathan did all of the hard work and the impact on our children was minimised, as we only had genuine buyers through our home with it selling on the first weekend that it was on the market. Not only did it sell, but Jonathan managed to get us an exceptional price too. I cannot rate Jonathan and Chapman highly enough.
