Helen Harris is the 'E' in Real Estate. The prospect of selling our Dad's home was a challenge. Generations of family records, memorabilia, ornaments, photos and furniture to work through, whilst dealing with the loss of our beloved 'Dad'. Helen was quietly efficient. The sales process was explained and we had no hesitation in selecting Helen as our selling agent. An appointment was made for a 'group inspection', this involved the Agents from other Chapman Real Estate Agencies operating in the Blue Moutains to inspect the property. The feeling after the group inspection was very positive and affirming. The agents were all professional, polite and friendly. The sales marketing campaign consisted of professionally produced brochures, which highlighted the features of the property, regular Open Home inspections on Saturdays, and inspections by appointment with the relevant selling agent. The agents communicated with us prior to inspections. Helen would make an appointment to discuss progress and advice of communications with potential buyers took place on the 'WhatsApp" platform. Problems which arose were few, and were dealt with professionally and ethically and as a result resolved effectively. Having worked in the Real Estate sector some years ago I appreciated Helen's integrity, professionalism and attention to detail. I have no hesitation in giving Helen a 5 star rating. I would have made it six but I was unable to add an extra star!!!
