From the get-go Harry and Bryce were easy to communicate with - txt messages and phone calls were made during business hours, there were no pressure sales, just straight forward honest communication. When we first met with Harry, he presented the local median selling stats in combination with his selling experience, it was evident that it was in his interest to sell the property at a pleasing price rather then just add another property to his portfolio. After we went ahead with Harry's services, placing our property on the market was smooth and easy. Moreover, we were impressed with the added little touches such as complimentary tidying up of the garden. While on the market Bryce and Harry were stylishly in touch, we were sent data about the digital advertising, basically we were kept in the loop... At the end the property sold within a week at a great price! We chose Harry to sell our house after we met him a year before at an open home that we were interested in. He was very welcoming, honest and clear to us as potential purchases and this is exactly how we wanted people to feel when they came through our home. It was a rocky road. I found the house I wanted too early. I had to sell a couple of other places before I could buy a place to live in with my grandson and his family, and one of the sales was proving more difficult than anticipated. Yet, I wanted this purchase so badly. I had fallen in love with the house, believing it to be the right design and layout to suit my purposes. My daughter had inspected and loved the house. I loved what the sellers had done in their refurbishments. Harry was with me all the way, encouraging me and keeping me up to date with progress. It was a difficult time waiting for it all to happen. Bryce and Harry kept in touch with me, encouraged me and kept me on track. At last! The happy day arrived where I could be sure of the purchase and we all celebrated.
