It was especially helpful that Harry had pre-organised a rental appraisal from an independent real estate agency to assist in our decision. Harry was communicative throughout the whole process, but what impressed us most about Harry was his after-sales service. Harry followed up post settlement to ensure everything was going smoothly. There were a few niggling issues post sale which needed to be addressed by the previous owner. Harry was more than happy to take the time out to respond to queries and follow up with the vendor. We were able to resolve all issues in a short time frame.
