We were very impressed with George's attitude towards selling our home.. He was very confident with his appraisal but due to the popular locale of the property he conferred with other agents who also agreed with his price. This gave us confidence that our property would sell easily and was not overpriced. The property was listed on the Internet on Wednesday and the first Open Home was held the following day. Another was held on the Saturday and by Tuesday afternoon George had 4 offers for us to consider. He appeared to work non stop from the Thursday Open Home until Monday evening liaising with would be purchasers and assisting them with their offers. At all times he kept us in the loop.
