Lucinda spent time with us to ensure we understood the current market conditions and what price we could expect. She clearly explained her teams process to ensure that the property was correctly marketed to obtain the best possible sale price. Together we developed a plan and timeframe for preparation of the property and how and when the property would be launched on the market. Lucinda also clearly explained to us what to expect when the property did list. The communication between Lucinda and her team and us was clear, timely, informative and was delivered in a manner that was not overwhelming. When the property listed on the market, Lucinda kept us updated on developments and provided a comprehensive run down after each open home. The final negotiations in relation to offers received seemed to be handled by Lucinda in a reassuring, calm and rational manner so that we fully understood what the offer was and what matters or alternatives we needed to be aware of. Without much fanfare or fuss Lucinda achieved the price we were seeking and we could not be happier with the service she provided when considering we were selling a property on acreage which posed additional challenges.
