I have yet to meet another agent with the dedication and energy that Nicky has. She took on a fairly difficult home and 'worked' at it without fail. There was never a moment when Nicky did not have a plan or that an issue was too much for her. What you see is what you get with her - so it as very easy to trust her and allow her to do what was needed.
