Great sales strategy led to us selling our house for a lot more than we thought
We chose Tom and Nat Cleary from Remax after talking to many local real estate experts. Tom was very knowledgeable on our area and passionate about his profession. His sales strategy was well thought through realising a much higher price than we thought for the sale of our house after 5 firm offers from the first home open. Tom and Nat are a great team and we would highly recommend them.

Guided every step of the way
Many thanks go to Tom who helped me sell my house in Kardinya. The whole process was easy and pain free and he was open to sharing honest advice and feedback for both my sale and future plans to buy again. The best real estate experience & agent we have dealt with
Tom’s a refreshing change from agents who we had negative experiences with. When we met him, we were already tired of agents using our offer to bid against others or just being untrustworthy. Tom, in contrast, is very professional, reliable, uninterested in manipulative sales tactics & genuinely focused on getting a positive result for both seller & buyer. He was quick to respond & went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our new home. As a buyer, we know the agent works for the seller but Tom always was very sincere & looked out for our interest too. We 100% recommend Tom & are grateful to have met a rare honest & decent agent. This is the best experience we have had dealing with an agent and thanks to him, we also had a lovely meeting with the wonderful seller. All in all, a pleasant experience enabling a lovely start in our new home.

A fine agent whose expertise you can rely upon

Right from our first meeting (around 18 months ago) Tom has proven to be a lot more than a real estate agent. Many catch ups over that period were arranged resulting in great no pressure advice. Best agent in town 😊
I can’t recommend Tom enough. Right from the beginning Tom took the time to get to know us and understand our needs. He went above and beyond in every way to ensure that we had the best possible outcome selling our home. Tom updated us every step of the way to the point where I miss his regular calls! 😊 We sold on our first viewing that was so well attended it extended to over an hour. Tom then spent the rest of the day negotiating our offer and we accepted on the very same day. Tom is a true professional, kind, and has great attention to detail. Nat gave us a fantastic write up and our photos were outstanding. Really couldn’t of asked for more. Thank you Tom.

Genuinely couldn’t have had a better experience selling our home with Tom and Nat.
From the initial conversation we had explaining how we would ideally like the sale to take place Tom listened, understood, and could see exactly what we needed and how to achieve that. He was able to give pointers on what were the highlights of the house and how we would capitalise on them and also offered advice on where we could make some small improvements to lift certain areas. When it came to the photos, he was present with the photographer, helping move furniture and giving his view on what would work. His area of expertise was in marketing – drumming up enough interest in the house to make the home open a hive of activity and getting people genuinely excited about the house. This paid off and we achieved a price beyond our expectations after just one home open. After this he kept the line of communication open letting us know where we were at at each stage of the way and was able to recommend (very reliable) different tradespeople when we needed them. His knowledge of the market and how to achieve the best possible results are second to none.
