From the initial conversation we had explaining how we would ideally like the sale to take place Tom listened, understood, and could see exactly what we needed and how to achieve that. He was able to give pointers on what were the highlights of the house and how we would capitalise on them and also offered advice on where we could make some small improvements to lift certain areas. When it came to the photos, he was present with the photographer, helping move furniture and giving his view on what would work. His area of expertise was in marketing – drumming up enough interest in the house to make the home open a hive of activity and getting people genuinely excited about the house. This paid off and we achieved a price beyond our expectations after just one home open. After this he kept the line of communication open letting us know where we were at at each stage of the way and was able to recommend (very reliable) different tradespeople when we needed them. His knowledge of the market and how to achieve the best possible results are second to none.
