Couldn't be happier!

Paul and the team at Chwyla did a phenomenal job with the sale of our house, we could not be happier! From the start Paul was a great communicator; honest and very personable. Paul's expert knowledge of Doreen and interactions with buyers meant he was able to give us sound advice on what the market was like at whet buyers wanted. The team did a wonderful job with marketing and we had a say in all the marketing choices. The campaign went smoothly and we were kept informed along the way, we even sold after just two opens which was amazing!

Highly recommend Chwyla to anyone looking to sell their house

We had a great experience selling our home in Doreen through Paul Chwyla. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress free. SOLD AFTER THE FIRST OPEN!!!

We couldn’t be happier with the result Paul achieved for us. It’s no secret Melbourne’s market is tough at the moment and Paul still managed to have our house sold after the very first open home, and for a price above our expectations.
