Kieran consistently went above and beyond for me selling my house. From the initial estimates and market report before officially listing my house to the final settlement, I never felt like I didn't have enough information or the information I needed. Being overseas and selling, I could never meet and contact in-person or even via phone, so this speaks to how organised and open Kieran and the team were. He was professional and yet also friendly and had the heart of a local at the same time. He was also very accomodating and flexible with communicating with my parents who still do live locally, he was always clear, honest, and put them at ease as they assisted me in this process. My biggest praise was when things didn't go as planned, Kieran was always calm and came with options for answers to these problems. He was generous with his knowledge and connections so that I felt both the buyer and I got win-win situations out of the solutions. My only regret is that I initially started this process with a different real estate agent and company which wasted 3 months of my time, had I gone to Kieran from the start I'm sure my house would have been sold much earlier and with less headaches.

This property was sold to us by Kierans dad, John. We then leased it and subsequently sold it after moving unexpectedly due to family health. Kieran showed the same level of empathy, understanding and commitment to achieving what we needed to throughout these stages. We were clear on our bottom line when selling and Kieran had a “can do” attitude followed up by actions of his team and himself to achieve the desired outcome. Kieran dedicates a lot of his time to achieve the results: working past 5pm, keeping in contact and working through things to reach a mutually beneficial outcome. Kieran comes with a wealth of knowledge of the market and provides a very thorough analysis to ensure that you have all of the information needed to make an informed decision. This helped greatly with knowing what to list it for, what the likely timeframe for any movement was and what the likely outcomes would be. We are very appreciative of Kieran for assisting us with what was an emotional time cutting ties with the Isa community.
