Our first encounter with Kieran confirmed that he knows all background information about all the different properties that he deals with. We feel that he was genuine and honest, someone that we can trust from day one. He answers our questions and our phone call and will even meet with us after hours. If we leave a message ,he will definitely return our call. Kieran has excellent communication skills, loud and clear and will ensure that we understand every information he had given us. This is our first rental property here in Mt Isa , having Kieran as our agent helped us understand the different property market value and returns. Gave us advise on what areas to avoid and very transparent with every information that we need to know about different properties that we viewed before settling on this one. We were able to get through the process smoothly with no hiccups because Kieran was supporting us every step of the way. We will definitely be looking at another property with Kieran as our agent. We find him as trustworthy, honest, punctual, organized and committed to his work. We were fortunate to have him as our agent and he successfully negotiated a better price for this property price .

I highly recommend Kieran to family, friends and work colleagues who are looking to sell or buy properties in Mt Isa and surrounding area. He is professional and very knowledgeable around property values, history and investments return on each property. A carpenter by trade makes it easier for us to understand building and sale terminology when he describes it in lay terms. Gives advise and help direct us to right people and services that we need before buying the property. Always working all the time, we can contact him after hours very flexible. Kieran helped us through a very smooth process when we purchase our first investment property. He will return our call as soon as he can, very dedicated and responsible. Negotiated property price for us and was able to help us in getting a much better deal then what we had expected. We hoping to get a second property next year with his help.
