Found the whole process of selling a good and easy experience
Was a pleasure to work with John and team in selling my parent's home of 40 plus years. His knowledge and expertise in the Mount Isa and surrounding areas was a real asset for me as I had not sold a property before. Communication was excellent as I was kept up to date with the progress. The email information received from the real estate in relation to interest from the public was very informative. Having known John for many years made it easy to approach him for information on who to proceed with the sale. Found the whole team friendly and easy to talk to and highly recommend City and Country to anyone interested in buying and selling.

John was upfront, honest and extremly helpful with all aspects for selling our house.
John was friendly and always listened to our needs. He was honest and went above and beyond what was expected. I strongly recommend him and his teams services no matter if you are buying or selling a house. He ensured that we were brought up to date with everything that was going on with the sale of the property. He strived to get the best price for the sale of the house even when there was no interest, by calling around and seeing if those that were looking would like to have a look. The best real estate in town
City & Country provide the best service and hold the best property portfolio in town. They knew I was looking to buy an investment property and went above and beyond in helping me find the right one for my needs. Other real estates would respond to an inquiry but City & Country kept coming back with new properties until we had a match. They also advised when properties weren’t suitable for our needs and their honesty was much appreciated. They also now manage renting of the property and it has been a great journey so far. I can’t recommend John, Keiran and their team enough.
