I found the whole process of going through City & Country Realty to be direct, open, honest and efficient. They done what they said they would do and the whole process flowed smoothly. John told me his thoughts on my property and the current market and it was pretty spot on. After my experiencing another local real estate firms attempts at selling my property and then Johns approach. I would have no hesitation in recommending City & Country to other people considering selling their property as the first agency to contact. The main thing however, is i felt like they represented me and my interest was their interest. Very Happy. 10/10.
