Purchase of property
John Tullys experience in real estate was very much welcomed. Purchasing from another state is always scary, but John's professional attitude walking us through the property on face time explaining as he went was reassuring.

Honest, direct, realistic and no bull. The type of agent you want.
I’m not the type to write a long winded review, so I’ll try to keep this simple. John was honest and told me my expectations were too high on property value. He told me the realistic range based off what was happening in Mt Isa and the surrounding area. When the market changed he did not bulls**t me with excuses and when I called and said I needed the house to sell ASAP, it was sold in a matter of weeks.
