Extremely Happy
John's knowledge of the market was spot on and it was exactly what the Valuer had estimated on our house as well. We were so impressed with the speed of providing prospective purchasers as our house actually sold prior to even going on the market. John dealt with the negotiation efficiently and with little fuss and we were extremely happy with the final outcome. Your Best Interests At Heart
We had been looking for months, and thought we had settled on a place, until we went in and saw John. Within ten minutes, he had mentioned a place that was coming on the market shortly that would suit us and our needs. Barely a month later, and that same house was ours. It was perfect, and John knew right away. He’s straightforward and actually has your best interests at heart, which is a rare thing in his profession.
