Fantastic Property Manager
City Realty have been excellent in managing my investment properties over the past 4 years. Karli is prompt, professional, well organised and a very good communicator. I have had a few mediocre Property Managers in the past, so I now appreciate the great service that City Realty provide. I would highly recommend City Realty and particularly Karli as a great Property Manager.

City Realty are managing domestic and commercial property for me. I've been extremely happy with them. Their team is highly capable, professional and friendly. Excellent, Professional and Outstanding at every step!
After doing my own online search, I approached a number of agents in Adelaide CBD to find the right one for me. Whilst all agents were good and approached my requirements well, Glynis from City Realty was a standout. At the initial inspection of my 3 bedroom apartment, she produced an excellent document with details, requirements, comparative apartments and prices as well as a summary of the company. She also provided a comprehensive marketing plan together with an accurate cost breakdown. As a retired Marketing Director, this was a very professional and appreciated response. After further discussions and agreement, I proceeded with Glynis and her team. The campaign was put in place quickly, I worked around her inspection plan, the advertisements were online and in social media almost immediately and the results were excellent. Over 50 inspections on the first open day and a further 30 the following week, with a quality tenant being chosen during that time. Glynis, and the property manager, Troy, were always available to meet to ensure things flowed smoothly. Given I was new to Adelaide at this time, I really appreciated the advice, suggestions and prompt handling of my property. Going forward, I feel very confident that Glynis and her team will look after my apartment and ensure it is well maintained. I throughly recommend City Realty and the quality, professional approach they have to business. Highly recommended.
