It has been a pleasure dealing with City Realty, in particular with our agent Donna Rendell who has been most helpfull. This is the first time that we have rented a property and we needed to move quickly. Donna was great and ensured that the property was ready in a short time frame. Very happy with excellent service
Courtney at City Realty recently secured a new tenant for one of our rental properties. We had a couple of false starts where potential tenants eventually decided on renting another property, however Courtney remained positive and persevered to end up with a good outcome. Communication during the process was excellent and each of our prospective tenants were fully researched before she gave me a recommendation. Great service.

They have taken over from Wundersitz wher I was a long term client.
(I have had a few hiccups with trades quoting on repairs and have engaged one of the prior Wundersitz contractors direct to do some work.) The inspections etc are fine and City Realty send monthly reports on expenses and payments made. Staff are friendly and make contact as appropriate.

We have 2 properties managed by Chandy from City Realty.We have been very happy with her communication and management of all aspects regarding our property. Recently needed to re lease and the turn around between tenants was very short, all done with a minimum of fuss. Thankyou Chandy. Highly recommended.

A great experience
Amy at City Realty has been wonderful. I was very pressed for time, had no idea about the process and was very stressed. Amy helped me to gather the right paperwork, always kept me up to date and took care of everything for me. I asked her to do so much the day I left for a 3 week overseas holiday! She has found me a tenant within my specifications and I'm so pleased.

My partner and I have had the pleasure of Chandy Huynh looking after our property at Murray Bridge SA for a couple of years now. City Realty but most importantly Chandy has been very professional and keeps us up to date with all aspects of our property.
