The people they used for the exit clean were outrageously expensive for what they did. $912!! All the carpets had already been professionally steam cleaned by a different firm who also cleaned the windows. The laundry, main bathroom and ensuite had all been completely retiled, with new toilets, vanities, shower recesses/cubicles, plus all fixtures and fittings. Non of these needed cleaning of course as they hadn't been used. There were still other things that my wife and I felt needed doing that the exit cleaners hadn't done. Good cleaners can be hired for $50 an hour. We have no idea what Swish Cleaners did to charge so much. Not happy.
