Some problems that they could have fixed before I moved in
I mentioned at the inspection that the shelves needed to be fixed. When I moved in they weren’t fixed. This property was on the market for a while, they would’ve had 1-2 months to fix the shelves. The bathroom sink was blocked as soon as I moved in. No one told me, I got sick the day I isolated, so now I have to wait a week with a blocked sink, because no one checked before I moved in. The agents are really nice though. Just maybe make sure that a property is liveable and doesn’t have plumbing issues when starting a new lease. I think someone knew about it and neglected to tell me or fix it, because the apartment came with a plunger.

My four months of experience
Overall I am happy with the services provided by City Realty from cleaning, contract, and the house rented to me. The new apartment that I rented with City Realty had a problem with its Air Conditioning system and window locks. The agents contacted the maintenance team as soon as I raised the problems. Also, they followed up on the issues until they were fixed. They are really responsible and professional team.
