Appreciated working with Dan on the purchase of a new home. Dan impressed us with his transparency and he really stood out from other agents, by accommodating and arranging an additional viewing when my husband couldn't initially make it. My experience with other agents so far is they are too arrogant to work with prospective sellers and we always have to accommodate to their schedule. This showed me Dan was willing to do what it takes to grow a lead for the seller, but also provide a good outcome for us as potential buyers. Originally I was planning to rent my property out. After meeting Andy from Clarke and Co.. I met Dan on the following weekend. Dan organised the marketing on my property. It looked absolutely amazing. After every open house he called me with news. Zoom meetings kept me informed. Nothing was too much for him. Even my many questions were answered promptly. Dan also organised my conveyancer. I really can’t fault how easy he made it for me. Happy with my sale and so stress free. I’d encourage anyone to see Dan for selling or buying.
