We highly recommend Dan!
We just purchased our first investment property with Clarke & Co and Dan made the whole process a breeze. As first time buyers, we had no idea what to expect but Dan's high level of knowledge and professionalism made the process of buying our first home so easy. He continued to check in with us and provided us with advice beyond the essentials. We have not only now purchased with Clarke and Co but will be continuing to work with them through the process of renting out our investment property. We highly recommend Dan and his team at Clarke & Co and can't thank them enough for all they have done for us!

11/10 absolute great bloke too work with from start too finish’
Dan was a great bloke too deal with throughout the whole purchase, was always willing to go the extra mile in helping us out and keeping us up too date, as we were very unsure about how a lot of things worked and who too ask Dan was always willing too answer any questions we had. Dan made the process a lot easier and stress free for the both of us and we are so happy to finally be settled in the home, 10/10 from us!

Quick land sale.
My partner and I had met Dan a couple of years ago when we were looking for a property to buy in the Sunshine Coast. He came across as a straight talker who doesn't beat around the bush trying to sugarcoat anything. When we decided to sell we were debating whether to try and save money by doing it ourselves or take a hit with commission, even paying a premium commision with Dan it was well worth in the end. There was no need to advertise our property as Dan had buyers looking in the area on tap, the time from enquiry to signed contract was under 2 weeks without the hassel of us doing too much at all. The sale price was well within what we expected and have no regrets using Dan's services.

Proffessional, Punctual and reliable!
Dan knew the markets figures inside and out, his local knowledge was exceptional. Dan always called when he said he would call, we were interstate at the time and relied on Dans local knowledge and honesty more then ever! Dan has also provided his expert advice lomg after the contract went unconditional, I feel dan put just as much effort into our block of land as he would a multi million dollar home! Great Experience, Service and Outcome
