I live in Singapore, so - despite modern technology etc - it was still a slightly challenging experience (understatement, perhaps?!) to 100% know what property I could buy, in my dream suburb of Manly. Jesse was brilliant throughout the whole process where, having got to know me (over a fairly long period of time), actually said that "this is the property for you", which I was not expecting, but turned out to be exactly correct, and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending Jesse, who was also excellent with his prediction of when the property was going to sell, at what price range, and throughout the final parts of the negotiation/ closing process (which went well into the evening, in the middle of the week).
