Garry firstly listened to our needs and then was able to construct a sales strategy targeted at getting us the closest possible to the result we were looking for. Along the way there were a few hiccups and so the strategy needed adjusting, Garry handled this expertly, communicating with us and ensuring our views were taken into consideration. On our street there were 2 recent sales failures and Garry smartly steered us away from being the third which would have meant a 6-month delay in our plans.
