I chose James and his team as he had offered and sold a number of properties in our street. It was clear he had a good database of potential buyers for that area and of the price range I might expect. Communication was good in the weeks leading up to the auction. The marketing budget was pretty spot on although the package should have included an advert in the local paper for the day of the auction - not added later. Auction was run well and final price was a good result.

My wife and I recently sold a property via Jesse. We live overseas and were referred to Jesse by someone we knew who had recently sold an apartment in the same building via Jesse. This contact of ours said he had "interviewed" a range of agents and felt that Jesse displayed the desire to work hardest to complete the sale (the feeling on the others was they were perhaps a little complacent and as the market is hot, market dynamics would do the work for them). Jesse achieved an excellent result for our contact and we were happy to trust the referral and also use Jesse. Throughout our campaign Jesse was excellent. Being overseas it was important that we could trust him and the Clarke and Humel team to handle our tenant appropriately and with respect and also to ensure no stone was unturned when it came to potential buyers. We were very impressed with Michael and Casey from start to finish. Their whole team including photographer, house plan drawer, press writer, inhouse marketing and sales representatives were extremely quick, responsive and professional in their various roles with the Clarke & Humel team enjoying a strong work ethic and culture. Michael and Casey had an excellent grasp of the market and maintained a close relationship with all the appropriate parties, particularly when we got to the serious end of the campaign. Belinda and myself were very pleased with the end result, a new suburb price record and more importantly, finally putting North Manly front and centre on the map !!!
