Mike was very supportive from start to finish in what is at times a very stressful process! We bought first, and Mike was always available to help with our questions, to look at the different properties we were looking at through a number of different agencies, and in particular when it came to negotiating an offer on the property we bought. Then he was able to help us get our home on the market and sold for the price we wanted in about 2 weeks! Mike and his team are very professional, very approachable, communicated well throughout the whole process. There was never any pressure, and it seemed nothing was too much trouble. Our property was very professionally marketed with an amazing overview of our property and also the surrounding community with a 2 minute video. It sold within 10 days of going to market and Mike was always on hand with communication via email and also phone. I purchased the property from Casey before auction and I was bidding aginst 2 other buyers. I set a deadline with Casey because I was going on holidays and he held up his side of the bargain. At the end of the process the vendor was happy with the offers coming in so when the other buyer wanted to extend the deadline Casey said no and accepted our very good offer which was the right thing to do.
