i would definitely recommend Michael to any prospective Vendors or Purchasers. We sold and brought off Michael and had the most positive experience for both! Michael is the most wonderful agent and person to do business with. Michael has a range of skills that are above and beyond anyone I know. Michael takes care of you every step of the way!

My wife and I have found Michael very honest and open and easy to communicate with. He made the whole process very transparent and was not a game player. After having some really awful experiences with realestate agents before we were so relieved to be dealing with someone with so much integrity. We have engaged his services to sell another property for us and will certainly use him whenever the need for a real estate agent may arise

Michael and his team provides a smooth process with frequent updates and good strategic advise. Michael has a great 'can do' attitude and always sets out to achieve the goals

Through Michael Clarke's marketplace proactivity he asked if he could give us a valuation on our property and after doing so indicated that he had two or three parties who might be interested in purchasing. Not needing nor necessarily wanting to sell we gave him a limited 2 week agency just two weeks before Christmas with an indicative price at the top end of his valuation. We also did not want any form of marketing to be undertaken thereby relying on his own reconiassance. The result was fantastic, with limited amount of fuss, we had a competitive environment, no invasive open for inspections, or general marketing or publicity and a price that we were more than happy with. all this occurring a very short space of time including the Christmas New Year break. We thoroughly recommend MIchael and his team for their proffessionalism, marketplace knowledge and particularly their negotiation skills. Certainly the best overall experience we have had with any agent in the area to date and would have no hesitation of working with them in the future if the opportunity arose.

Jesse was a pleasure to deal with and have him as our agent. He never forced us into any decision and always kept us to date with the 2 properties he sold for us. I would recommend him if you are looking for agent. thank you David Stepto

First met Michael and his agency of Clarke & Humel when looking to buy in Manly. While we missed out on buying, we were so impressed with Clarke & Humel that we decided to sell our Manly property through them, and so glad we did. Everything they did was very professional throughout the campaign. They obviously have a great database of buyers and we had offers before marketing had even started. Michael got us a sale quicker than we thought possible, at a great price. Even though we expected a lot from Michael and his team, he managed to exceed our expectations.

It was Jesse's persistence that got this sale over the line. Now I'm living in the house of my dreams and I am very thankful. I don't believe any other agent would of got the result Jesse achieved. If you're after someone who's 100% committed - Jesse's your man.

I had the displeasure of selling up and downsizing recently and with everything there are downs and there are ups. Meeting and dealing with Jessr was definitely an up. Form what I thought was going to be a nightmare situation meeting and dealing Jesse made the whole situation seem seamlessly easy. If you're in the area selling, looking to buy, or downsizing like me I would suggest calling Jesse especially if you like dealing with people who are straight up
