We recently purchased a property from Michael Clarke, of Clarke and Humel. It's often difficult being the buyer, rather than the seller, but Michael and his team were direct and responsible with their communications to us throughout the negotiation process. The rest of the team were also timely and professional and really helped us with reviewing the property again for measurements once sold, and for providing advice and guidance leading up to settlement. We sold our house through Jesse and all I can say is, he deserved every cent of his commission. Following is the reference that I wrote for Jesse: “Wow, where to begin. We met Jesse at an open home and had already decided to use a local well-known agent for the sale of our house. However, we gave Jesse the opportunity to present purely to make sure that we had at least spoken to a couple of agents before proceeding. This was the best thing we could have done.
