Jesse was very professional and clearly communicated with ourselves throughout the processes. Backed up by a friendly, competent team that was there to assist the vendor. Our experience was nothing short of a pleasure dealing with Clark & Humel.

Jordan worked tirelessly to bring us quality buyers, while other houses on the market were growing stale, our house had 30 + groups on the first weekend with 10 contracts out and 3 buyers! At all times Jordan was professional, calm and in tune with the current market. Unquestionably the best agent in Seaforth! Our only regret was not choosing him the first time!

We chose Casey to sell our property because of his charming nature , enthusiasm and excellent understanding of the local market. Right from the start Casey was simply a pleasure to work with as he kept us well informed on what turned out to be a rocky journey through the stormy seas of interest rate hikes. Using his local knowledge, Casey devised an excellent strategy and marketing plan. He innovated and changed tack as the market hit a rough patch, never wavering in his commitment to deliver with constant briefings on the changing situation. We put our trust in Casey and he didn't disappoint, managing in the end to negotiate an excellent sale price after a long and stressful campaign. We couldn't be happier with Casey as a real estate agent and as a person...always charming, optimistic and honest. Casey delivered on his promises despite the worst decline in Sydney real estate prices for decades.

Casey worked incredibly hard for us - he was great at follow ups, gave us detailed reports on the market and great advice on best way to sell our house. Most importantly he was very kind and courteous - always available to answer questions and very professional.

We had 5 agents quoting on the sale of our family home of 21 years which was being sold due to a nasty long term relationship break down so it was an emotional and stressful time. Also, as someone who teachers sales professionals how to sell with integrity and a client focused approach I was dreading the real estate agent selection. However, Garry was an absolute stand out from the get go. His professionalism and knowledge was plain to see and his approach was exactly how I approach sales and train sales people. He didn’t let us down at any stage, with regular communication, and an honest smart approach being the constant. We sold our house for above the reserve price in a very difficult market. I have nothing but praise and respect for Garry and his team and am very grateful that I entrusted them with such an important life event.

Selling our family home of 20 years was one of the biggest decisions we have ever made. When we met with Mike we instantly knew that he was the man to carry us through this emotional journey. Mike is a genuinely nice personal, his relaxed & professional manner made us always feel at ease and that we were safe in his hands, he was always available when we called and constantly kept us updated. Thank you Mike for getting us a great result and so quickly! But more importantly, for being everything we wished for in the Agent that would be selling our our family home.

I have direct experience with Michael Clarke and his team as a potential buyer and very recently as an actual buyer. As a potential buyer I have found them to be very professional and thorough keeping me informed regarding the progress of a sale. Recently I purchased a property where C&H acted for the vendor and again, the experience was very smooth and I was kept completely informed up to the point when the sale was finalised with myself as the buyer. I recommend C&H.

Short and simple, Michael 100% delivered and was backed by a highly responsive and professional team.

After doing our due diligence, we were confident that Garry was the right choice for us and he didn't prove us wrong! From start to finish, Garry explained the process and kept us informed all the way through to sale. He helped us navigate changing market conditions and ultimately got us the best outcome for our sale, thanks again Garry and also Lulu who I'm sure Garry would agree couldn't do it without her!!
