James has a fantastic knowledge of the property market in the Curl Curl/Dee Why area, currently selling a majority of houses there. His professional approach, great communication style and good negotiation skills contributed to the selling of our house in a difficult market, and before auction. I can highly recommend James for property sales at any price range in the area.

My experience was nothing short of remarkable dealing with Jesse Chester and team. We decided to make and offer on a property on Dec 23rd with the provision that the deal would be done before the New Year! I was quite surprised and delighted when Jesse managed to achieve our tight deadline. His communication throughout the transaction was flawless. If you are looking for an agent who can deliver what they promise and exceed your expectation, then Jesse is your man!

Garry worked hard with a clear strategy to bring potential buyers to view our property. He communicated clearly on potential buyers’ situations and our options. He was open, professional and direct with us, but also respected our decisions. We feel we worked well together to sell our house. We wholeheartedly recommend Garry for vendors in our area.

Michael and his team did a good job when we bought our property. We asked to view the property many times at different times of the day and evening, and they were always accessible and friendly. They were helpful on contract terms and providing introductions and contacts to help us with our property due diligence.

We were delighted by our experience with Clarke and Humel. From the initial market assessment, to the marketing materials, recommendations about how to show our house, feedback after each opening we were seriously impressed by their professionalism and commitment to get us the best price possible (which they did). We also liked that the whole team were as committed as Michael and Cherie. Would highly recommend their services as an agency.
