My wife and i fell in love with the potential of this home and James Eyden was amazing at facilitating the purchase of this property. We were grated access upon special request out side the normal hours, questions were answered immediately and truthfully. I would have no concerns about recommending James Eyden as the stand out agent in the Nth Curl Curl area.

As a buyer, it was an absolute pleasure working with James. He was honest, open and transparent in his communication and he remained focussed on the outcome – making a deal happen that worked for both the vendor and us, the buyers. James’ knowledge of the local area is second to none and that becomes very evident when dealing with him. He was genuinely happy for us when the sale went through, and both James and Cass were available to answer questions or give us guidance or support throughout the whole process. I couldn't have asked for more.

James's knowledge of the local market was excellent and definitely helped us to get the price we were aiming for very quickly. We were new to selling a property and had many questions that James quickly and expertly answered. I have no hesitation in recommending James to anyone considering the sale of their property.

Across a period of a few months I worked with. Number of agents from Clarke and Humel, Kingsley, Jordan, Millie and the whole team gave incredible customer service, we’re engaged and responded morning noon and night to queries and clarifications. The consistency of high customer service, respect and honesty from Kingsley and the whole team was a pleasure to work with.

We worked with Jesse to buy our Manly property and so he was our first call when we decided to sell. Jesse and Jonathan know our area very well and that was key to our off market strategy - making sure buyers who had missed out on similar properties were engaged early. We sold in under 2 weeks at an acceptable price and very efficiently. Georgia was also fantastic at smoothing the settlement process. All in, an excellent selling experience.

Garry is an exceptional real estate agent. He is genuine person, who we hold a lot of trust and respect for. We have used him for three sales now, and will continue to use him for any future sales. We have no hesitation in recommending Garry and his assistant Lulu to anyone looking for a quality, honest, hard working, results driven sales agent on the northern beaches.

I have sold property twice now with Garry and I wouldn't trust anyone else to deal with my properties on the Northern Beaches. He is down to earth, genuine, and does everything in his power to get the best outcome for the vendor. He is an exceptional negotiator, and can even make a block record, in just over a week, in a falling market, while other comparable properties sit on the market for weeks! I have no hesitation in referring Garry onto anyone needing a sales agent.

Jesse provided us with an excellent opportunity that was right on brief for what our clients were looking for. A seamless transaction from start to finish and high professionalism as always, thank you.

James and the C&H team were fantastic! Initially we engaged another agent who unfortunately was unable to sell our property. A variety of factors meant we had to sell but in a rapidly transitioning market with a rush of new properties in the area coming on, and given our previous experience, we were very concerned that we wouldn't get a good price. James spoke with us to understand the property and our objectives, he combined this with his deep experience to develop a solid strategy. With a clear plan to sell the property, James' work ethic was great and at every stage James and the C&H team were in constant communication - we felt very confident we were in good hands. The campaign launched on the Saturday and the property was sold by the Wednesday evening for a good price - we couldn't have been happier.

We had an outstanding experience with Kingsley and Milly from Clarke & Humel. We spent time with two other real estate agents prior to select this dynamic duo. From the outset, Kingsley and Milly had different perspective on value for our property, they gave us extreme confidence that we could achieve a standout result and were detailed in their explanation on how they would set out to deliver on what they committed to. During the sales process, they were transparent and open in the feedback on prospective buyers and they had a number of strategies and suggestions as to how best to conduct the negotiation to achieve a superior outcome. At all times this felt like a partnership, they were considerate and understood that this was huge transaction for us and not just "another sale". In addition to this, the Clarke & Humel family supported us in our search for our next house. This is very much a community we appreciated being part of. We would recommend Kingsley and Milly in a heartbeat and that would go for all the people at Clarke & Humel who we dealt with.

It would not have been possible to have a better experience than with James. Buying our first home as a family, against the backdrop of some sad personal family news, was bound to be a huge and stressful event for us. But James made it so lovely, and very....human! We cannot possibly thank him and the team enough.
