I was thoroughly impressed with Jessie, and indeed the whole C&H team. Although Jessie was working for the seller, he was always up front and honest in his dealings with me. He was impartial and kept me in the loop regarding negotiations with the seller. His manner was always calm and confident. The property I was looking at was my dream destination and Jesse helped make it a reality. He didn’t embellish the facts or give me false hope. His strategy to help me secure the property made perfect sense commercially. The assistance provided at the auction by Jessie’s colleague, Dave Kaufman, was much appreciated. I may not have been successful at auction without Dave’s input. Clark & Humel are a professional outfit and Jesse is a fantastic ambassador for the business. He communicates very well, presents immaculately and establishes a strong rapport with his clients. His knowledge of the northern beaches and the way of life here just add to his overall charm.
