We purchased through Michael two years ago. It was a protracted negotiation as we were concurrently selling our existing home, which was not going as smoothly as hoped. As a purchaser, Michael kept us fully informed , without exerting any pressure, as he knew we would not buy before we had sold. We eventually effected a simultaneous exchange and settlement. We expected to be in our home for at least ten years, but circumstances have changed . Unexpectedly, we found an apartment which suited our current and future needs. We approached Michael for his advice, as he had just successfully sold a home nearby. Serendipitously, the underbidder was interested in our home and we were again able to effect a simultaneous exchange. We bought and sold off market. It all happened very quickly and was completely stress free. I am a retired real estate agent and I had no hesitation in trusting Michael to achieve the best outcome for us.
