We purchased through Michael two years ago. It was a protracted negotiation as we were concurrently selling our existing home, which was not going as smoothly as hoped. As a purchaser, Michael kept us fully informed , without exerting any pressure, as he knew we would not buy before we had sold. We eventually effected a simultaneous exchange and settlement.
