In a very challenging real estate market, Grant put together a seamless sale, off market, working on a tight deadline. Downsizing can be very overwhelming but Grant was a clear communicator and was patient and kind. We would highly recommend Grant to any potential sellers.

As soon as we reached out to Heidi at Raine and Horne, she was keen and quick to respond to our need of selling our mother’s house at 1 Messenger St Bathurst. From day one, Heidi was very thorough and informative in her advice to us in regards to property pricing in the area at the time. She listened to us and helped us to get a sale close to the asking price. Heidi is a very warm and friendly person and we would highly recommend her services to friends and family in the future. Kind regards Cheryl Grabham

We honestly cannot thank Jay enough for his hard work, dedication and genuine care throughout the sale of our home. He answered all of our questions, reminded us not to stress and made us feel supported every step of the way. His communication, reassurance and commitment made the whole process so much easier. We couldn’t recommend Jay highly enough and are so grateful for everything he has done for us!

Sandy was honest, genuine and a pleasure to work with. He answered every question openly and honestly, communicated clearly throughout the sale process, and always acted with integrity and professionalism. We felt supported and well informed from start to finish and would highly recommend his services.

Jay was an absolute pleasure to deal with right from the get go. His genuine, casual, friendly, non-pushy approach and his knowledge of the local real estate market made it super easy in selecting and trusting him with the sale of my property. Jay was so accommodating in working around my hours of employment to make times to meet to get everything sorted promptly and professionally for me. Jay’s communication was nothing short of top shelf, keeping me informed about everything along the way. I cannot recommend Jay and his team highly enough, bringing home the final result on my property well above my expectations! Thankyou Jay !

I could not recommend Tom any more highly. His fast and professional service secured the sale of my property before it even hit the market. He went absolutely above and beyond whenever necessary and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Extremely grateful for his guidance and support throughout the whole process of selling and buying.

Tom helped me sell my home earlier in the year and did an amazing job and got me a great price. When it was time for me to buy I was happy to see him attached to this property. Tom went above and beyond to make sure that me the buyer and the seller both got what we wanted to make the sale a reality. His knowledge is incredible and his no fuss and caring attitude made the process so easy. Tom is who you want negotiating for you.

This is the second house I have sold through Tom and I can’t fault his expertise in selling a house. He is personable, genuine and a great salesman without being pushy. Tom is an ease to talk to both as a seller and buyer. If you want your house sold quickly and for it to be a hassle free excellent experience, go with Tom.

I can't speak highly enough of Mark. He was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish on the sale of our investment property in South Bathurst. His professionalism and deep understanding of the market were evident from our very first meeting. Mark's strategic approach to marketing our property was exceptional. He created a detailed plan and continued to refresh and pivot in his approach based on buyer feedback and changes in the market. His expertise attracted a significant number of potential buyers, leading to multiple offers in a relstively short period. He kept me informed and confident throughout the entire process, providing honest and insightful advice at every turn. His communication was always prompt and clear, which I truly appreciated. He handled every detail with meticulous care, making the entire sale process smooth and well informed. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy or sell. Mark is a truly outstanding real estate agent (and also a fabulous human- kind and friendly) who delivers results.

We enlisted Mark to sell our property after consulting some other agents in Bathurst as well. Mark was honest, and to the point, he was able to quickly point out the positive aspects of the property and was able to describe the profile of who he thought our buyer may be. He was able to provide an accurate appraisal that was very much in line with our own thoughts, and he was able to achieve that result in under 2 weeks on market. What I need to say here is that we were extremely happy with mark’s communication, he kept us updated at all points and provided honest feedback, he was always on time, and has a genuine sincerity and honesty in the way he conducts himself. We will definately work with Mark again in the future and I cannot recommend him highly enough. After some dealings with other agents in Bathurst, I can honestly say that Mark is number 1 by a stretch !!

From start to finish the experience we had with Mark & his team exceeded our expectations. We will not hesitate to recommend Mark to anyone… and everyone!
