Sandy was the agent through whom I purchased the property and - as I had been impressed by his sales approach then (I submitted a review as the purchaser) - he was the first, and only, choice to sell that same property. Sandy was fully immersed in the sale - was the voice of the video, always ready to answer/discuss the sale, provide weekly reports on marketing responses and quell any of the first-time seller inevitable unease of entering uncharted waters. Every inspection/ query was analysed through his years of experience and familiarity with the marketplace. He was the driver of this sale, coping with the uncertainties bubbling inside of me, the vendor, as well as whatever the issues faced from the purchaser.
