Outstanding communicator and negotiator
We engaged Travis to sell our two waterfront properties in a somewhat difficult market. Travis was able to create interest in the properties, negotiate effectively and kept us informed through the whole process. Both properties sold in a short time. Travis was particularly impressive with his abilities to negotiate with solicitors and other parties to prevent unnecessary delays and complexities.
