Her guidance during a very tough month as my settlement drew closer and I had not found a new home, was invaluable. In addition she even pitched in to assist with my move when the packing and removable of my goods became overwhelming. I cannot recommend her highly enough as a caring and reassuring agent.

We had an unfortunate experience with another agency. They were a large, aggressive franchise. Absolutely not on the same wavelength as ourselves. Then we stumbled upon Coast Front Realty and Sue Jogever and it was "smooth sailing" from then on. The difference in the level of service was amazing! Sue went the extra mile to ensure our sale went smoothly. We had one issue that was out of her control with regard to pool compliance. It was delaying the listing and sale of the property. Council said nothing could be done for a month and the sale would not be able to proceed. Sue took charge whilst we still busy cursing and despairing. She used her powers of persuasion and contacts to have a resolution within hours of the issue being raised. Would definitely use again...
