I thought selling a property in Port Macquarie when you don’t live in the area would be a headache, Sue Jogever made the process so easy, nothing more than a few phone calls and a couple of emails for a better than expected result. Thanks Sue

Ist up, I was attracted to their quaint and stylish sign. Then on visiting the office in a heritage listed house, I was impressed with their decorative flair which later helped in preparing my house for presentation. This gave me a sense that Sue understood aesthetics and how to appreciate the quality of a property. Sue was friendly and listened to what I wanted as a property vendor and implemented an action plan swiftly and effectively. She also took care in screening buyers for suitability to my property and what it offered. The result was a lovely family purchasing my property for the listed price and within the 1st agency agreement time. I was very happy and could not have wished for a better Agent.

Sue was helpful in our purchase by seeking answers from the vendor to questions we raised and also in suggesting contractors to handle any problems we may need to contact for assistance in the future.

I found Sue and her team to be exceptional. I decided to sale prior to me leaving NSW to live in Qld.i only gave Sue six days notice that I wanted the unit on the market. Within that period, Sue had organised photos, had all necessary documentation and advertisement in place and then sold it on e first open house a week later. I could not believe that it was all handled so professionally, quickly and so transparent. The service was exceptional and I would highly r commend her to anyone in the market to,sale or buy.

Sue had an incredible touch when it came to preparing and presenting my penthouse to the market. She spent so much time and effort in making sure every detail was handled properly and she didn't miss a step. She kept me informed every step of the way and I never had to follow up. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone in Port Macquarie who wants a great agent. She went above and beyond and made the sale experience much easier.
