Sue provided market relevant advice and went out of her way to make our purchase proceed smoothly. This included picking me up from the airport, driving me around for a local area overview, inspecting the property at short notice and buying me coffee. Sue was genuine and honest in all interactions.

Sue is easy to meet and to talk with. She knew the property thoroughly and was gracious in showing us through. She was quick to assess our situation and took the initiative to allow the sellers to meet the purchasers. A happy result for everyone.

We found Sue to be very professional from our first meeting. She obviously loves what she does shown by her eagerness to obtain the listing and then providing a prompt marketing plan complete with competing properties and recent sales in our area. She managed to then not only find a buyer within a few days of listing but with an offer above our asking price. Very happy with the result thanks so much Sue!

Sue was very professional right from the beginning and she continued in the same fashion all the way through to our purchase . Nothing was a problem with Sue being meticulous in her feedback to us.

In a very fast moving market, Sue ensured that we were able to secure our purchase quickly. She assisted us speeding up our building and pest inspections, making sure the documentation needed for the sale was available very quickly, and providing helpful answers to our final inquiries. She has been extremely courteous and friendly every time we have needed to catch up. We are happy with the way Sue dealt with us in what was a stressful week. Our family is looking forward to the move and enjoying our new home. Big thanks to Sue and the team. - Brian
